Walkin CSS CORP for SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR on 10th AUG'19

Job Description:
Overall 3 to 8 years IT industry experience
Minimum 2 years into Salesforce.
Ready to work 24/7 Shift on a rotational shifts (Morning, Noon & Night)
Should have excellent communication skills. He/She should interact on daily basis directly with US based customer.
Raise incident tickets, update tickets and close outages in ITSM tool (SNOW)
Ensure security procedures, monitoring setup, and standards are followed through and executed.
Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long - term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
Good to have hands on experience - on SFDC development (APEX & SOQL required; Lightening a plus)
Good understanding in SFDC Workflows, Security model, validation Rules, Sales reports and Dashboards, Data migration to import and export data.
Exposure to APEX, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Classes.
Should know basics of Networking concepts, TCP/IP Protocols, Software/Hardware based routing, DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Proxy Servers, Load Balancers.
