Job Description:

Candidate must have a 3+ years of experience in supporting and monitoring network, servers, and application system.
Must have Good Communication Skills. Should have prior experience in handling crisis bridge and customer call
Good analytical skills and should be able to handle critical situations.
Experience in NOC/Data Center/Incident Management environment Required.
Experience in monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk, Site 24 X 7, PagerDuty etc.
Experience with log analysis. Experience with Splunk or LogStash and Kibana is a plus.
Solid understanding of network technology concepts and usage.
Good experience in providing support in Linux. RHCE Certification will be added advantage.
Follow ITIL standards, Monitors service and incident requests and assigns or resolves tickets as appropriate.
Engages vendors for onsite repair/maintenance where applicable.
Technical escalation documentation and tracking.
Completion of routine service and incident requests within Service Level Objectives.
